RETURNS POLICY

At Elle Arts, we understand that your circumstances may change during the course of any order. However, your satisfaction is still our main priority. Hence, we offer a flexible returns policy for your convenience.

Return Window:

You have a generous period of 28 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items to us. For a successful return, ensure that the items are in pristine condition and still in their original packaging. Refer to our returns form for returns address and other details. Kindly ensure you enclose the completed form in every returned package, as failure to do so might impact our refund processing time.

Commencement of Return Period:

The 28-day return period commences from the day following the delivery to your shipping address. If the items were collected from any of our locations, the return period begins from the day after the collection.

Late Returns:

All items returned beyond the 28-day period will result in issuance of an eVoucher/credit note instead of a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process and have this sent across to you.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned items within the 28-day window, we will promptly initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process and get this actioned. 

Late/Missing Refunds (within the 28-day window):

In the first instance, we advise you check your bank account to confirm receipt of payment.
